With 17 years of experience in the mental health field, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care.

I am a board-certified PMHNP with nursing experience working in both inpatient psychiatric facilities and substance abuse rehabilitation. I am dedicated to helping individuals find balance and resilience through personalized care, including psychotherapy, medication management, and lifestyle support. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where healing and growth are not only possible, but prioritized and sustainable.

Inspired by John 1:5, “the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it,” I believe healing begins with hope. Having experienced the impact of compassionate support, I am passionate about helping others cultivate resilience, discover identity and purpose, heal emotional wounds, break unhealthy patterns, and embrace the joy that can be found.

Through collaboration, compassion, and understanding, I work alongside my clients to help them identify their strengths, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change. Drawing from my experience in family therapy, Multisystemic Therapy (MST), medical social work, case management, and refugee services, I provide culturally responsive and individualized care that honors each person’s background and goals. Life was never meant to be navigated alone. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they build resilience, re-discover their strengths, and work toward lasting growth and healing.
