Charles Neill, LPC-S
With 17 years of experience in the mental health field, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care.
I specialize in working with trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, while also supporting individuals managing ADHD, mood disorders, stress-related concerns, and emotional regulation difficulties.
As a Navy Veteran, I have a deep understanding of military culture and the unique challenges faced by service members, Veterans, and their families. I specialize in working with Veteran and active-duty populations, helping clients address concerns related to combat and operational stress, transition difficulties, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship strain, identity changes, and reintegration into civilian life. My military background allows me to connect with clients through shared understanding, respect, and cultural awareness that support meaningful therapeutic work.
My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and grounded in creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I believe healing happens through trust, connection, and meeting each person where they are in their journey. I work collaboratively with clients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable.
II understand that beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to face it alone. My goal is to help you feel supported as you work toward greater balance, resilience, healing, and personal growth.
