Janette Sanchez, PMHNP
Located at Cibolo, TX
I am a board-certified PMHNP with nursing experience working in both inpatient psychiatric facilities and substance abuse rehabilitation. I am dedicated to helping individuals find balance and resilience through personalized care, including psychotherapy, medication management, and lifestyle support. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where healing and growth are not only possible, but prioritized and sustainable.
I believe true healing goes beyond simply treating symptoms. I take the time to listen, offer therapeutic support, and work collaboratively with you to develop a plan that aligns with your unique needs, experiences, and goals.
I believe in taking the time to truly get to know my patients and build a foundation of trust. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and mood disorders, providing compassionate, personalized care that recognizes each person as a whole. Together, we explore your unique needs and experiences and develop a treatment approach that is both meaningful and effective.
I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of the Incarnate Word. My goal is to walk alongside you throughout your journey, providing support, understanding, and evidence-based care as you work toward greater wellness, balance, and healing.
