INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM (IOP)

Begin Your Breakthrough

When depression, anxiety, or trauma feel like more than weekly therapy can handle, you don't have to manage it alone. Our intensive outpatient program offers structured, compassionate support, with new participants admitted weekly.

Are you struggling to cope with depression, anxiety, or trauma?

Begin your breakthrough in a structured, supportive small-group environment designed to enhance mental well-being, build resilience, and help you navigate life with greater confidence. Family Care Center’s mental health IOP provides adults and teens with a higher level of care than routine appointments while offering more flexibility than inpatient treatment.

IOP can serve as a step-down from inpatient care or as a proactive alternative for those who may benefit from more support and structure without hospitalization. New participants can enroll weekly, making it easier to access care when you need it.

Each participant works alongside a dedicated care team that coordinates closely with their existing therapist or prescriber when appropriate, helping ensure treatment remains connected and consistent.

Please note, this is not a substance abuse program.

Is mental health IOP right for you?

You may benefit from Family Care Center’s IOP if you:

  • Are an adult or teen struggling to function due to depression, anxiety, trauma, life circumstances, or other mental health symptoms
  • Have not made adequate progress in routine weekly outpatient therapy and need more intensive support
  • Were recently discharged from an inpatient setting and need more intensive treatment than weekly outpatient care provides
  • Are looking for an intensive approach without the restrictions of an inpatient setting
  • Are seeking a supportive bridge as you step down from acute inpatient hospitalization
