I have many years of experience providing therapy and have worked in many areas of mental health from non-profits to an acute mental health hospital. I am passionate and experienced in working with children, adolescents, adults, and parents. I am also trained in EMDR, TBRI, and sandtray therapy. I enjoy using expressive modalities in addition to talk and play in therapy. I provide treatment in a variety of areas including attachment issues, grief and loss, parenting, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, at-risk youth, active-duty military and veterans, and families.
