Inspired by John 1:5, “the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it,” I believe healing begins with hope. Having experienced the impact of compassionate support, I am passionate about helping others cultivate resilience, discover identity and purpose, heal emotional wounds, break unhealthy patterns, and embrace the joy that can be found.

As a therapist, I believe healing begins with hope and that every person carries inherent worth, value, and purpose. Having experienced the transformative power of compassion, grace, and support from others, I feel called to extend that same presence to those seeking healing and restoration. My passion is helping individuals move beyond pain, shame, and limiting patterns so they can discover resilience, strengthen their sense of identity, and build a life aligned with their values and purpose.

I hold a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wayland Baptist University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) with extensive experience providing care within addiction recovery and intensive outpatient treatment settings. My clinical background allows me to support individuals navigating complex emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges with both clinical understanding and compassionate care.

My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, shame resilience, trauma-informed care, and biblical principles. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where clients are empowered to gain insight, develop healthy coping strategies, process past experiences, and create meaningful change.

I work with teens and adults experiencing substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, PTSD, sexual trauma, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and other life transitions.

Choosing a therapist is a deeply personal decision. Clients who work with me can expect a safe, authentic, and compassionate environment where they are seen, heard, and valued without judgment. I combine clinical expertise with genuine connection to help individuals heal emotional wounds, break unhealthy cycles, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with hope. It is an honor to walk alongside each client as they pursue healing, growth, and a renewed sense of purpose.
