I have training in EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family systems to assist with individual trauma processing, and client struggles with depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

I come to therapy with a desire and focus to aid clients from a trauma-informed perspective. With experience seeing a range of complex cases with co-morbid diagnoses and complex family dynamics, I see purpose in helping clients and their families find the roots to problems otherwise seen as hopeless.
