Leadership Team

The Family Care Center leadership team has extensive experience in behavioral health and multidisciplinary health care services. Founded by a retired Army Colonel and psychiatrist, Dr. Chuck Weber, we are now led by CEO Wayne Cavanaugh. Clinical operations are overseen by Dr. Chris Ivany, the former Chief of Behavioral Health for the US Army.
