How Billing & Payment Works

Family Care Center makes every effort to make mental health care affordable and accessible. Since we accept all major insurance plans, more than 98% of the care we provide is in-network. We also accept VA benefits, out-of-network, and self-pay patients. Coverage varies by state — see current plans accepted.

To help us stay focused on your care when you come to our clinic, we will keep a credit card on file for timely payment of copays, co-insurance, and deposits. Any remaining balance not covered by insurance, once you’ve received a statement, is charged monthly. Payment plans are available for qualifying balances, and we offer financial assistance for eligible patients.
