Knoxville, TN Mental Health IOP for Adults
Our mental health intensive outpatient program (IOP) at Family Care Center Knoxville offers structured, evidence-based treatment to help adults become emotionally stable and grow as people. Our IOP strikes the right balance between intensive therapy and daily flexibility. This lets participants keep up with their work, school, and home duties while getting the professional care they need.
This program is great for patients who:
- Need more than weekly therapy but don’t require inpatient hospitalization
- Have recently completed inpatient or partial hospitalization care
- Are managing ongoing symptoms of anxiety, depression, or trauma
- Are motivated to actively participate in group and individual therapy sessions
Through a combination of skills training, group therapy, and psychoeducation, we help individuals build lasting resilience and regain confidence in daily life.
