Dr. Charles “Chuck” Weber is the Founder and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Family Care Center. Founded in 2016, the company provides integrated behavioral health care clinical services, including therapy, medication management, mental health intensive outpatient programs, psychological testing, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). They operate in nearly 50 locations across Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Tennessee, and Texas.

Dr. Weber is a prior-enlisted infantryman in the U.S. Army and was the Chief of the Department of Behavioral Health at Ft. Carson, CO, retiring in 2016 after 27 years in uniform. With two overseas deployments, including as the 1st Cavalry Division psychiatrist in Iraq, he boasts extensive leadership experience at various Army levels.

He is a world-renowned TMS expert and currently serves on the Clinical TMS Society Board of Directors, where he was recently appointed a CTMSS Fellow. Under his leadership, Family Care Center has completed over 135,000 TMS treatments, trained more than 165 mental health professionals, and achieved superior clinical outcomes that surpass national benchmarks.

Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a safe and effective treatment option for patients with treatment-resistant depression and other psychiatric conditions, an alternative to traditional ECT and Ketamine therapies. However, many clinicians lack a clear, practical framework for when and how to use this effectively within the broader continuum of care. This three-part CME series provides a structured, end-to-end approach to help clinicians build confidence in understanding TMS, interpreting evidence, and applying it thoughtfully in clinical decision-making.

Across the series, participants will progress from foundational understanding of TMS mechanisms and patient selection, to interpreting outcomes and comparing evidence across protocols, and finally to navigating clinical complexity in special populations. Emphasizing both scientific evidence and real-world clinical application, this series equips clinicians with the tools to counsel patients, assess when TMS may be an appropriate treatment consideration, and integrate this modality into individualized, patient-centered care planning—ultimately improving outcomes through informed, evidence-based treatment decisions.
