I have experience working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, mood instability, relationships, and family issues. I utilize systemic approaches, helping clients look back to their past to unravel and explain some of the actions of their present, taking into account who influenced their morals, modeled values, and normalized experiences for them throughout their earlier life.
