I am excited to work with someone seeking effective support for emotional and behavioral challenges they feel unable to manage alone.

They may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma responses, identity stressors, chronic illness, or relational difficulties. I work with individuals and families who value insight, personal growth, and evidence-based care. Together, we identify barriers, develop adaptive coping skills, and create sustainable change in a supportive therapeutic environment. With over a decade of experience, I help clients find relief, clarity, and emotional balance. Using CBT, mindfulness, and somatic approaches, I support healing from anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic stress. My goal is to help you understand your emotions, build coping skills, and feel more grounded, empowered, and confident in your life.
