I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, families, adults, and college students, helping each person navigate life’s challenges with care, insight, and compassion. In addition to therapy, I provide comprehensive psychological assessments, including evaluations for ADHD and other mental health concerns, for individuals of all ages. My clinical experience includes working with trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and a range of other psychological concerns. I am especially committed to supporting individuals who find themselves on the margins–whether racially, sexually, financially, or in other ways that can impact one’s sense of belonging and wellbeing. My approach to therapy is grounded in a multicultural perspective, with a deep understanding of how sociopolitical factors shape mental health. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences authentically.
