Victoria Compton, LPC
Located at Cedar Park, TX
I’m an LPC and RYT-200, and I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and chronic stress. My approach blends traditional talk therapy with somatic and movement-based practices, helping you reconnect mind and body on the path to healing. With specialized training in trauma-informed yoga, injury recovery, and medical trauma, I bring a compassionate, whole-person approach to every session.
Hi, I’m Victoria, an LPC and registered yoga teacher (RYT-200). I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, and chronic stress, and I believe healing happens in the body, not just the mind. I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, and chronic stress, and I believe healing happens in the body, not just the mind. My approach combines talk therapy with somatic and movement-based work. In our sessions, I bring together evidence-based therapy with accessible movement and breathwork, as well as other forms of nervous system regulation (no yoga experience needed). Whether you’re processing a difficult diagnosis, recovering from an injury, working through trauma, or just feeling disconnected from your body after years of stress, I create a space where your nervous system can settle and real change can happen.
