Taking that first step to reach out for support can feel uncomfortable, but it can also open the door to new possibilities and growth. 

Certified in both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), I assist individuals work through anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, and challenges related to substance use and severe mental illness. I am passionate about supporting first responders, Veterans, and active-duty service members as they navigate the unique challenges that come with their service. My approach is centered on providing a safe, supportive space where you can gain clarity about your experiences, learn to draw on your strengths, and uncover new ways to grow and move forward.
