Helping children (5+), teens, adults, and older adults overcome anxiety, trauma, addiction, and life challenges using EMDR, CBT, and other evidence-based therapies.

I believe people have the power to take back control of their lives, but you don’t have to do it alone. To assist you in determining what works for you, our sessions may include a combination of EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we will create a plan that supports you towards your goals.

I have experience with kids above the age of 5, teens, adults, and older adults. While I predominately specialize in individual counseling for mental health, couples counseling and addiction counseling is also an option.
