I am a dedicated mental health Physician Assistant at Family Care Center, where I bring compassion, expertise, and a touch of humor to my work with adolescents and geriatric patients—two populations often underserved in mental health care. 

A proud graduate of Wake Forest University, I earned both my undergraduate and PA degrees while making history as the first African American female inducted into the Wake Forest Hall of Fame in 2021 for my achievements as a top female athlete.  I am passionate about breaking mental health stereotypes, especially those surrounding aging. I believe that everyone has their own version of “crazy” and that embracing it with empathy and understanding is the key to healing. Whether I am helping a teen navigate anxiety or supporting an elder and their family through depression, I meet my patients where they are, with heart, humor, and a fierce commitment to their well-being.
