I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has had the privilege of helping individuals from school aged to 99 years old, and everything in between, for almost two decades. My eclectic style, although individually tailored, is informed by DBT, psychoanalytic, and solutions-focused theories. Together, we will consider who you are, your history, and how this is connected to your current concerns (i.e., emotional dysregulation, depression, and anxiety). We will use our time to process emotions, shift behaviors, or both. You will be challenged in a humorous and compassionate way to meet your goals. Let’s get to work!
