I have lived in Knoxville for nearly thirty years and hold a master’s degree in Marital and Family Therapy. With more than two decades of experience addressing mood disorders, addictions, and relationship challenges, my therapeutic approach is continually shaped by insights gained from each client’s individual experiences. 

I recognize that each person’s background is unique, yet every human experiences hurts and losses. My deepest hope is to support people in finding freedom and peace in all areas of life. Aside from the fundamental models of therapy, I am certified in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Internal Family Systems (IFS)- each targeting the treatment of OCD and self-defeating patterns. Additionally, the Gottman Method for relationship work and incorporate 12-Step principles when suitable. I share my favorite fidget tools and offer hot tea during sessions. I enjoy creative pursuits such as painting, writing, and knitting- gladly adding these to therapy sessions.
