I know it can be difficult to ask for help, but reaching out today and considering getting support reflects your inner strength. It is my belief that we all hold the answers within us, and it is my role to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore and find those answers together. 

I operate from a strength-based lens and I strive to individualize my interventions to fit my clients. About me: I have worked in the field of Mental Health for over 20 years with 5 of them in Addiction and Recovery. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Licensed Addiction Counselor. Areas of special interest include Anxiety, ADHD, Substance Use/Recovery, Life Transitions, Bipolar, and Severe Mental Illnesses. I work with ages 13 on. I look forward to getting to know you and working with you.
