I am a military Veteran and seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker, experienced working with trauma, stress related concerns, and emotional wellness. 

I’m a trained EMDR clinician and integrate a variety of other evidence-based therapies to help clients heal, grow, and achieve their personal goals. Using a holistic, client-centered approach that considers the whole person, not just the symptoms, my goal is to help clients spend less time in therapy while making meaningful, sustainable progress. I’m committed to fostering resilience, empowering clients, and supporting their journey toward long-term well-being.
