Local to the East Tennessee area and passionate about changing the stigma around mental health, I completed my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2022 with the goal of providing accessible, compassionate counseling to anyone and everyone. I now specialize in treating adults with OCD through exposure therapies. However, I am always learning more about the connection between trauma and OCD/neurodivergence, so I believe proper healing from trauma is also a necessary step in treatment. I work from multiple theories including EMDR, ERP, ACT, feminist, and CBT. My style is quite direct but compassionate and sensitive to your needs.
