I believe counseling is most effective when you feel genuinely seen, accepted, and understood. Our work together will help you feel empowered, understood, and equipped to move toward a healthier, more balanced, and fulfilling life. While change can feel uncomfortable, I believe growth is possible when approached with compassion, curiosity, and practical tools.
Life can be overwhelming, and I believe no one should have to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel safe to be your authentic self and explore the experiences that have shaped your life. I view each client as the expert on their own story, so our work together is collaborative, individualized, and built around your unique strengths, values, and goals. Whether you’re facing anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, or questions of identity, I strive to help you develop greater self-awareness, healthier coping strategies, and meaningful, lasting change.
I work with adolescents (13+), adults, couples, and families, with particular passion for relationship dynamics, boundary setting, codependency, identity development, and supporting clients through life’s difficult seasons. My approach is integrative, Trauma-Informed, and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Family Systems, mindfulness-based interventions, and multicultural perspectives, while incorporating faith-based counseling when requested. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University and believe healing happens through connection, compassion, and empowering clients to build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
