I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Grief Counselor with specialized experience in supporting individuals and families through traumatic grief and complex loss.

My work includes companioning clients of all ages through a wide range of life disruptions, including bereavement, divorce, foster care transitions, job loss, medical diagnoses, disability, natural disasters, and experiences of violence. I approach grief not as something to be “fixed,” but as a deeply personal and meaningful process that deserves time, compassion, and presence. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to move through their grief in ways that honor their unique experiences. I am passionate about challenging the stigma and discomfort that often surrounds grief in our culture, and I strive to help individuals make meaning and find resilience–even in the midst of great pain.
