My goal is to listen to you, join you, and walk your path with you to identify and explore your situations, feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.

I have over 25 years of experience working in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, day treatment, private practice, and crisis. My passion is to work with adults living with anxiety, depression, and wounds from life. I believe that every person holds the answers within and often simply needs a safe space to seek out their truths and heal. I can offer tools along the way from a variety of evidence-based practices. This includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I hope to meet you soon to begin the journey with you on the path to recovery.
