Clinical Therapist

I am a licensed therapist with a unique background that includes service in the Army and work as a law enforcement dispatcher—experiences that deepen my understanding of stress, trauma, and resilience. 

I’m trained in EMDR and specialize in supporting both mothers navigating postpartum challenges and first responders facing the unique pressures of their work. I offer a compassionate, personalized approach to help clients process trauma, reduce anxiety, and build emotional wellness. Outside the therapy room, I recharge through paddling and camping in Colorado’s great outdoors, which inspires my belief in the healing power of nature and mindfulness.
