Specializes in helping women, adults, couples and families navigate life transitions, relationship challenges and self-esteem with compassionate, insight-oriented care.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based care. I earned my Master of Marriage and Family Therapy degree from Lipscomb University and have experience working with adults, women, couples, families, and individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness in both outpatient and residential treatment settings.

My clinical interests include life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, women’s issues, anxiety, and personal growth. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and trauma-informed care. I believe therapy is a collaborative process that combines empathy with thoughtful challenge, helping clients gain insight, strengthen relationships, develop effective coping skills, and build resilience. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, facing relationship challenges, or seeking personal growth, I am committed to helping you create lasting, meaningful change.
