Shari Anderson, LMFT

Clinical Therapist

I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, understood and supported while navigating life transitions, relationship concerns and personal growth.

I believe therapy is a place where you should feel heard, understood, and supported as you work through the challenges life brings. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I enjoy helping women, individuals, couples, and families navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and personal growth. I earned my Master of Marriage and Family Therapy degree from Lipscomb University and have experience supporting clients in both outpatient and residential treatment settings, including individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness.

My clinical approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and trauma-informed care. I believe therapy should be collaborative, balancing empathy and understanding with thoughtful challenge. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop practical coping skills, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident in their ability to navigate life’s challenges.

I want my clients to know that they don’t have to figure everything out on their own. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, explore what you’re experiencing, and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.
