I’m a dual-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner, with over ten years’ experience in a variety of health care settings, dedicated to partnering with patients on their mental health journeys. 

My approach is holistic, encompassing emotional, physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being. Specializing in comprehensive mental health care, I support individuals through various challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I strongly believe that effective treatment is never “one-size-fits-all.” Instead, it’s a collaborative effort where you are an essential member of your care team, allowing us to create a truly individualized plan that respects your unique experiences and empowers you to achieve greater well-being.
