I believe it takes courage to reach out for support, and I want that first step to feel as safe as possible. In treatment, I provide a variety of evidence-based therapy modalities to meet the unique needs of my clients. I know that there is no such thing as a ‘one size fits all’ treatment plan. Everyone is different, and your care should reflect that. I am also passionate about supporting Autistic and Neurodivergent children, teens, and adults (and the families who love them). Over my 20 years of practice, I’ve learned that every brain has its own beautiful logic, and the real change happens when we honor it.
