I have training in EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family systems to assist with individual trauma processing, and client struggles with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. 

I also specialize in couples and family work from an attachment perspective and have received training in Relational Life Therapy; and have experience working with trauma survivors of domestic violence while at TESSA of Colorado Springs, and can assist those that are struggling with betrayal trauma or just trying to move positively forward from manipulative and abusive experience.  I can assist with respectfully meeting an individual, couple or family clients exactly where they are, and opening a safe and non-judgmental space to assist in processing trauma experiences, assist in restoring personal balance in present experience, and strengthen meaningful relational connections.
