My personal philosophy is that therapy is like driving a car on a journey of self-growth. You are the driver, and I am the passenger.

I am here to help navigate through difficult moments, and don’t worry — I won’t pull the emergency brake unless you ask. I am passionate about working with pre-teens, teens, young adults, and BIPOC individuals. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, social identity, and OCD. To create a safe space for healing and growth, I draw from Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Play Therapy techniques, and Exposure Therapy to best fit your individual needs.
