I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults.
Using an eclectic, strengths-based approach that incorporates CBT, DBT, functional communication, social development, coping strategies, behavior support, and practical skill-building, I support individuals navigating ADHD, autism, developmental differences, emotional regulation needs, and life’s challenges. I provide a warm, safe space where young people can feel understood as we identify their needs and develop practical tools to support them.
My experience in schools, clinical settings, and resource-support roles has given me insight into how challenges can affect individuals across different environments. This perspective helps me collaborate with clients and families to understand their needs, find practical solutions, and build functional skills.
My approach includes learning through play with younger children and growing through meaningful relationships with adolescents and young adults. I focus on helping each person experience greater confidence, independence, connection, happiness, and success in daily life.
