Sarah Rudy, LCSW
Located at Midtown Nashville, TN
I am a firm believer that everyone can utilize therapy in one form or another, whether it be to achieve personal goals, learn new skills, or process trauma.
I have 17 years of experience with individuals that struggle with multiple stressors and diagnoses. My personal passion is working with those that are codependent, depressed, anxious, having difficulty with relationships, and/or have a history of trauma. However, I am not limited only to these areas. My goal is to create lasting change for those who desire it. I utilize a wide range of evidence-based therapies with my clients including but not limited to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths Based Approach, Mindfulness, and Interpersonal Attachment Therapy.
