Ages Treated18-65+

Specializes in complex trauma, dissociative disorders, and addiction recovery, with a passion for supporting LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent clients.

I began my career in addiction treatment, working primarily with substance abuse. Over time, I noticed that so many of my clients struggling with addiction were also carrying complex trauma that had never been fully addressed and that observation reshaped the focus of my work. Today, trauma is at the center of what I do.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Education (M.Ed.) and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). My approach draws from ACT, DBT, EMDR, IFS-informed EMDR, Coherence Therapy, and CBT, and I tailor treatment to what each client actually needs rather than a one-size-fits-all model. I also have specific training and comfort working with dissociative disorders, including DID.

I especially love working with LGBTQ+ individuals, BIPOC clients, neurodivergent clients, and women, and I find deep meaning in helping people navigate complex trauma, attachment wounds, caregiver burnout, chronic people-pleasing, codependency, family estrangement, and the ripple effects of loving someone in active addiction. I also work with marital or family struggles with boundaries and communication.

If you’re looking for a therapist who understands the roots of your struggles, not just the symptoms, I’d love to walk alongside you.
