I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in working with children, adolescents, and adults in a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, behavioral challenges, grief, and difficulties with emotional regulation and self-esteem. I utilize a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, sand tray, play therapy, art, bibliotherapy, and trauma-informed approaches, to meet each person’s developmental and emotional needs. I also offer faith-based counseling when it aligns with the individual’s preferences and values. My goal is to create a safe, empowering space where every individual can build insight, strengthen coping skills, and experience meaningful emotional growth.
