My name is Sara and I am a licensed professional counselor in Colorado. My primary treatment approaches include person-centered therapy, reality therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. 

 I’ll meet you where you are at in life and my approach will be real, direct, and authentic with you. I currently specialize in addiction and personality disorders, and I enjoy working with individuals who are willing to do the work outside of a session. I utilize an in-depth approach in treatment that focuses on the root of the problem. Therefore, this is not a quick fix, but rather lasting results. Clients take an active role in their therapy and healing process. Therapy should be void of stigma and is the genesis of resilience and not a vestige of weakness.
