I support teens, young adults, new and expecting parents, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and older adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationships. I love hearing people’s stories, sharing energy, and helping others embrace all parts of themselves while we co-create space for growth and healing. Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me soaking up the outdoors with my partner, our son, and our dog- whether its porch sitting, riding horses or just being in nature. And when it’s time to recharge, I am not above a good binge-worthy show.
