I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered to build confidence, develop healthier coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a master’s degree in counseling from the University of North Texas at Dallas. I work primarily with children, teens, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also incorporating mindfulness and other evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s individual needs. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgemental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and exploring the challenges they are facing. Through our work together, I help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, recognize their strengths, develop effective copings skills, and build greater confidence and resilience. My goal is for each client to feel heard, supported, and empowered as they work toward meaningful and lasting change.
