Ages Treated30-65+

Dedicated to holding space for people navigating grief, trauma, and life’s hardest chapters.

For over a decade, I have provided a safe, supportive space for individuals to process and navigate the most difficult chapters of their lives. I am a licensed therapist in both Texas and Florida.

I earned my Bachelor of Science from the University of the Incarnate Word and my Master of Science from Johns Hopkins University. My work is focused on adult clients, and I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help clients work through trauma, distress, and life’s hardest moments.

I believe that everyone deserves a space where they can feel truly heard and supported as they process pain, work through challenges, and begin their healing journey. My goal is to walk alongside my clients with compassion and care as they move toward a more peaceful, whole version of themselves.
