Samantha Snyder, LPC-MHSP
Located at Brentwood, TN
I help clients feel safe, supported, and challenged to grow using an evidence-based, individualized approach to achieve meaningful goals.
I believe therapy is about more than reducing distress–it’s about expanding your life. My goal is to help you build the psychological flexibility to engage more fully with what matters most, guided by your values.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other challenges. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique experiences and goals using evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and Relational Therapy.
I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are. Together, we’ll build practical skills, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change. I offer honesty, encouragement, and compassion while challenging you to grow.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mississippi and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee and Illinois.
