I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including active duty service members, veterans, first responders, parents, young adults, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and athletes.
I am trained in CPT, CBT-Insomnia, play therapy, and Level 1 & 2 of the Gottman Method. My personal approach is rooted in a holistic, attachment-based, and trauma informed perspective, where my clients are able to discover their own strength and realize their capacity for personal and interpersonal growth.
