Ryan Sutton, Clinical Therapist at Lone Tree, Colorado

Ryan Sutton, MA, LMFT

Clinical Therapist
Accepts InsuranceYes
Ages Treated18-64

I work with individuals who are looking to address issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and lifespan transitions, as well as with couples seeking to improve the health of their relationship.

I utilize an integrated approach to therapy, grounded in existential therapy, psychodynamic theories, mindfulness-based CBT, neurobiology, solution-focused therapy, and family systems theory. I am formally trained in EMDR and will be completing Level 1 training in Relational Life Therapy (RLT) by March of 2026. I consider this work to be highly process-driven and relational. Therapy provides a space to nurture and grow from experiences of varying degrees of insight, effort, challenge, and healing. By working creatively with one another, we can produce a more substantial capacity to deal with whatever life has and continues to bring your way.
