My goal as a therapist is to provide a non-judgmental, empathetic, and collaborative space for all of my clients. I specialize in working with OCD, trauma, LGBTQ+ clients, personality disorders, suicidality, eating disorders through EMDR, self harm, anxiety, and depression
I am a LPC-MHSP in Tennessee and a LMHC in Florida. I received a Master’s in Couples and Family Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University. I use person centered therapy and mix in DBT, CBT, ERP, and EMDR. I may also pull from other theoretical orientations based on your needs. I work with adults, teens, and kids. I work with clients who are ages 6 years old and up. I provide both individual therapy and couples therapy. Together we will work on identifying your goals of therapy and identifying progress you would like to make. Throughout your therapy journey I will be authentic, dedicated, and present.
