Ross Brown, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides medication management for adults ages 18 and older. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of New Mexico, his Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin, and completed his post-master’s PMHNP certificate at the University of New Mexico.

Ross works with adults experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, and other mental health concerns. He also has extensive experience caring for older adults and understands the unique challenges that can accompany aging, medical illness, and life transitions.

His approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and individualized. Ross believes that effective psychiatric care begins with listening carefully, developing a shared understanding of each patient’s goals, and creating treatment plans that integrate current evidence with each person’s unique circumstances and values. He combines comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, patient education, and supportive psychotherapy to help patients achieve lasting improvement.

Ross strives to create a respectful, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard, understood, and actively involved in decisions about their care.
