As a tenured Clinical Social Worker, I have provided a wide variety of services in clinical practice. I am driven to help clients enhance their own skills to improve their life satisfaction. I utilize supportive therapy and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to assist clients in adjusting mental, emotional, and behavioral patterns necessary to achieve their goals.
From my wide variety of professional experiences, I feel competent to serve youth, adults, and elders who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, health stressors, cognitive and functional changes, adoption challenges, addiction problems, trauma/complex trauma arising from abuse/neglect, and other reactions to difficult life stressors.
