I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Additions Specialist, working with adults ages 18 and over primarily in a group setting using CBT and DBT based modalities. I work to collaborate with my patients on their symptoms and needs to provide support and skills to begin living the life that they envision for themselves.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addictions Specialist, working in the Counseling field for the past 20 years. I earned a MA in Clinical Counseling from Adams State University. I enjoy working with adults 18 and older who are struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, grief, life transitions, or any others that bring barriers to enjoying their lives to the fullest. I currently provide primarily group therapy, using a DBT (Dialectic Behavioral Therapy) modality and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) modality. I want to work with patients to tailor treatment to meet their individual needs and help them be the best version of themselves. I believe in treating patients from a holistic approach, with focus on the mind, body, cultural, and spiritual aspects of care.
