I am a dual certified family and psychiatric nurse practitioner with decades of experience across inpatient psychiatric settings, community mental health, marginalized and homeless populations and varying ethnic, sexual and religious persuasions.

My priority is to create a space wherein patients can openly discuss their mental health without judgment. I practice evidence-based medication management and stay current on evolving treatments. I enjoy working with young adults and geriatric populations and treat anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ocd, ptsd, adhd, and trauma, as well as other diagnoses. Life can be overwhelming at points and sleep, stress, relationships, and life transitions can affect our mental well-being. My goal is to help you feel heard and empowered in your mental health journey and get to the root cause of your issues.
