Everybody has a story. Everybody’s life is unique in its own way, based upon the experiences they have encountered throughout their life and on a continued everyday basis. Without proper coping skills, these unique experiences can sometimes compound until they and our lives are unmanageable. While life is full of beautiful moments, there are also times when life is chaotic, painful and unmanageable.
