Rita Tobin, LCSW
Located at Sloan's Lake, CO
I work with adults across the lifespan and at many different stages of life. I lovingly refer to myself as a “psych nerd”, and my curiosity and passion for mental health have led me to develop experience working with a wide range of concerns, diagnoses, and life circumstances.
I have specialized experience supporting individuals living with personality disorders, psychosis, chronic illness, disordered eating, and end-of-life concerns, as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ and older adult communities. I take an integrative, individualized approach to therapy, drawing from modalities including DBT, CBT, ACT, CPT, somatic therapy, narrative therapy, and Jungian therapy approaches. I believe therapy is most effective when tailored to each person, and I collaborate with clients to find the tools and strategies that best support their goals. My approach is grounded in authenticity, transparency and collaboration. My goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
